Heal the Survival Pattern Behind People- Pleasing So You Can Feel Safe, Self-Trusting, and Emotionally Free In Your Relationships

Welcome to The Rescuer-To-Self-Loyal Transformation Program

From Pleaser To Self-Loving Woman

Through a 6-step framework I teach you how to stop earning love through people-pleasing, over-giving, over-functioning, and self-abandonment and become a deeply self-loving & self-loyal woman.

This is for women who lose themselves in relationships by pleasing, over-giving, and abandoning themselves.

You’re finding yourself saying:

“I can’t do this anymore.”

“When will I be taken care of?”

“I’ve changed.”

“I’m tired of carrying everyone.”

“I don’t even know who I am anymore.”

“I want to trust myself again.”

and want to reconnect with your truth, self-trust, emotional safety, and authentic self.

“I stopped trying to be the ‘sweet one’ who was easy, agreeable and liked by everyone. I started saying what I really thought, expressing what I wanted, disagreeing without immediately backtracking, and letting people be disappointed without rushing to fix it. A relationship did end, but Laura’s work helped me realize it hadn’t been a healthy dynamic for me anyway. I’m no longer afraid of conflict. I can be fully myself without shame or guilt and no longer need everyone’s approval to feel like I’m a good person. I feel freer, softer, more feminine and more confident than ever before. I’ve even made new friends who encourage me to speak up and be ‘selfish’.”

What if I told you that people-pleasing, caretaking, and over-giving is not a personality trait? It’s a survival strategy you learned early on to feel safe and secure in your relationships.

You’re here because you:

  1. want to finally feel safe being loved for who you are - not for how much you do, fix, carry, or give to others;
  2. want to trust yourself, honor what you actually want, and feel safe enough to soften and be authentic, without worrying if the relationship can handle it.

Because you are done:

Overthinking, over-explaining, and second-guessing yourself - you’re so used to considering everyone else’s feelings that you can barely hear your own truth anymore.
Carrying the emotional weight of your relationships - always being the listener, the one who asks and checks in, the one who’s available - then secretly wondering why no one ever seems to take care of you.
Saying you want peace, support, softness, and partnership while your nervous system keeps pulling you back into fixing, managing, anticipating, and holding everything together, but resenting them for leaving everything to you.
Making yourself useful, needed, and indispensable because somewhere underneath it all, being needed still feels safer than simply trusting that you are loved.

This is exactly why I created The Rescuer-To-Self-Loyal Transformation program.

A psychology-led, 6-step process for understanding why you people-please, changing what keeps the pattern alive, and building the self-trust and self-loyalty to finally become the person you turn to.

As you move through the 8 week program, you heal the survival strategy - stop reacting from fear, guilt, and conditioning - and start choosing from truth, self-loyality, and personal power.

Hey, I’m Laura.

And here’s what I know about you: You’re self-aware. Emotionally intelligent. Probably the person other people come to when things get hard.

But being self-aware and empathetic doesn’t always stop you from people pleasing, over-functioning, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions and needs.

I know because I’ve lived it. I’m a therapist and coach and a recovered people-pleaser.

I grew up highly attuned to the emotional temperature around me. I wanted to be liked, struggled with boundaries, and found other people’s disappointment incredibly uncomfortable.

My training in psychology forced me to walk my own talk. I couldn’t ask my clients to set boundaries, face uncomfortable emotions, and explore the messier parts of themselves if I wasn’t willing to do the same.

And that personal work fundamentally shaped the therapist I became. I began my career working with young girls with eating disorders and later moved into addiction recovery.

Although the behaviors looked different, I kept seeing the same patterns underneath: Trigger → emotion → an automatic behavior designed to manage what felt too difficult to feel.

That’s when I became fascinated by the pattern beneath the problem - the unconscious emotional dynamics that keep intelligent, capable women repeating behaviors they already know aren’t serving them.

With 10+ years of experience, I now help women understand what’s driving their deeper patterns so they can stop automatically rescuing, pleasing, fixing, or abandoning themselves when things get uncomfortable.

The goal isn’t simply to get better at saying no or become less caring.

It’s to become so anchored in yourself that someone else’s emotions no longer determine what you do next.

LEAVE THIS WORK WITH THE UNDERSTANDING, TOOLS & INNER SAFETY TO:

Finally understand WHY you people please, overthink, over-give, and feel responsible for everyone - so you can stop wondering, “What is wrong with me?” and start recognizing the pattern you can actually change.

Know the difference between your truth and the fear that tells you to keep everyone happy - so you can make decisions, trust what you know, and stop constantly asking other people to confirm that what you think, feel, want, and need is okay.

Retrain the patterns that keep pulling you back into pleasing with practical, bite-sized exercises you can use in real life - so self-trust & internal safety becomes something you experience again and again, not something you have to convince yourself to feel.

Feel safe when someone is disappointed, unhappy, or doesn’t agree with you - without immediately over-explaining, apologizing, fixing, backtracking, or abandoning yourself to make the discomfort go away.

Care deeply without carrying everyone - so you can support without rescuing, say no without believing you’re abandoning someone, and let other adults take responsibility for their own lives without drowning in guilt.

Become discerning about who gets your care instead of giving it away to anyone who needs you - so you can build reciprocal relationships, receive support, walk away when necessary, and nurture the people you love without sacrificing yourself to keep the relationship alive.

THIS IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF YOU’RE READY TO PUT IN THE WORK TO…

01

Stop being the “strong one” who carries everything

You’re the one everyone relies on, but you’re exhausted from always being the one who handles everything while quietly wishing someone would take care of you for once.

02

Stop saying yes when you mean no, over-explaining yourself, softening your truth, or worrying you’ve upset someone

You say yes when you mean no, then overthink what you said, worry they’re upset, and feel responsible for making things okay again.

03

Stop filtering yourself to stay liked, chosen, understood, or accepted

You hold back what you really think, feel, or want because you’re afraid that being fully yourself might create conflict or make someone reject, misunderstand, or leave you.

04

Feel safe with yourself, when someone is disappointed, disagrees with you, walks away, life doesn’t go to plan

You regularly abandon your own needs and wishes just to make things okay again.

05

Stop staying in relationships (romantic, family, friends, etc.) where you’re not respected, chosen, supported, or met.

You know you’re not getting what you need, but you stay because choosing yourself feels too overwhelming and scary.

06

Change a frustrating relationship dynamic where you’ve become the fixer, peacekeeper, rescuer, emotional manager, or “mom”

You’re constantly fixing problems, managing others’ emotions, and keeping the peace and you’re tired of carrying the relationship for another adult.

07

Set boundaries without the guilt, panic, second-guessing, or immediate urge to take them back

You know you need boundaries, but the moment you set one, guilt and second-guessing kick in and you want to take it back.

08

Learn to receive love, help, attention, pleasure, and support without guilt

You struggle to simply receive from others without feeling guilty, uncomfortable, or wondering what you need to give back.

BEFORE YOU APPLY, THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

  • This is not scripts, boundary hacks, or another “what to say” program.
  • We’re not changing the behavior. We’re healing what’s underneath it - what’s creating it.
  • The goal isn’t to become a better Rescuer or people-please less. It’s to stop needing to rescue or please in the first place.
  • You’ll be asked to slow down, feel, get honest, and look at patterns that may be uncomfortable to face.
  • You must be willing to apply what you learn to your real life and choose differently.
  • This requires time, energy, repetition, and practice - not just consuming information.
  • Eight weeks gives you the understanding and tools to change your patterns. Some shifts will happen quickly; others will take time.
  • The work continues after the program. This becomes a new way of living. A new standard. A woman who prioritizes being loyal to herself.

Ready to stop being the woman who abandons herself to keep everyone else happy?

Then it’s time to be true to yourself, trust yourself, and become a woman who can love deeply - without losing herself in the process.

Testimonials

From Overfunctioning & Burnout → Feminine Power & Support

“Since working with Laura, I stopped carrying everything and finally allowed myself to be supported. I restructured my company, delegated more, stopped drinking, and watched my partner naturally step up at home, too. Now, I feel feminine, energized, clear and powerful - and my life feels lighter because I’m no longer responsible for everyone and everything.”

From Boundary Collapse → Grounded, Mutual Relationships

“I learned to say no, speak up and stop over-accommodating just to keep my relationships intact. Some relationships fell away - and instead of feeling devastated, I felt relieved. Now, the relationships I do have are stronger, more mutual and respectful. I feel grounded in myself and like I can finally breathe inside my relationships.”

From Caretaking Dynamic → Restored Polarity & Intimacy

“I stopped mothering my partner, managing everything and rescuing him before he had the chance to step up. When I stopped over-functioning, he began taking more initiative, supporting me and contributing consistently. Now, we feel like partners again instead of parent and child - and the intimacy, romance and attraction between us have come back.”
